In Stanly County, North Carolina, dispatcher Hayley Franklin estimates she took more than 200 thousand calls, helping people in some of their hardest moments. On her last day at work before retirement, three final calls came in – from her family. Her husband and daughters telling her how much her work meant. Now, as the video goes viral, Franklin says she still feels like she’s on cloud nine. NBC Nightly News anchor Tom Llamas reports.
