Yesterday I started a simple experiment: Replace 5 apps with one system. Today is Day 2. No switching. No going back. What I didn’t expect: The biggest change is not productivity. It’s mental clarity. Before: Constant context switching. Tasks in one app. Notes in another. Reminders somewhere else. Now: Everything lives in one place. It feels quieter. I’m not faster yet.
