Plug in your USB Open Command Prompt as Administrator Type: diskpart List disks: list disk 👉 Identify your USB (by size!) Select it (example: Disk 2): select disk 2 Wipe it completely: clean Create new partition: create partition primary Format it: format fs=fat32 quick Assign drive letter: assign Exit: exit
